Commissioned portrait of a standardbred gelding. Charcoal on art paper. I really don't like the way the mane turned out, but I was rushing to get it done. Sigh.

horses are tricky to draw with the way they break perspectives differently with every pose. It's hard to make a realistic drawing when a pose looks unatural to the eye. You did a good job... don't be shy with your posts, you can post a larger size so it's easier to see all the details!
